INDONESIA: CONFLICT in the MOLUCCAS
| Indonesia has remained one of the most volatile nations in the Pacific, where conflict
in the Moluccas extended to Sulawesi. Reconciliation initiatives were supported by JSM's
partner organisation CSW which arranged the visit of an inter-faith delegation to have
meetings with strategic decision makers at the UNO and in the EU. Although in its earliest
stage of development JSM was able to provide some limited help in France.
The plight of those internally displaced remains deeply worrying and evidence of
for cible conversions and circumcision has come to hand.
